In haste I needed beads, needles, and bobbins of thread for a school board wide Indigenous Wampum beading activity. Not only was the customer service by Meredith beyond expectation, they were able to obtain all materials and have them ready for me. I will definitely be recommending Canada Beading Supply Limited in the future!

Have been here a handful of times and am never disappointed. No hassle shopping in this quiet little store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection of gemstones can't be beat. They even have mermaid glass" (iridescent beads). Forget Michael's

Canada Beading Supply is amazing! They know customer service!I live in a different city and I get the best service from there anyways.I visit their store every time I am in Ottawa! Friends took me there when I was visiting them. He had this hilarious, goofy grin on his face, knowing the can of worms he was opening letting me loose in a bead store! LOL!Each experience has been wonderful ever since!I have been told to just call if I have questions or requests and they are amazing at getting me what I am looking for!Shipping rates are totally reasonable for heavy jewelry making supplies!Once again, I just had another great customer experience with them!I have no need to order from wholesalers out of country! Canada Beading Supply will get it done for me and get it done right.I'd give 10 stars if I could.
