If you never been to this place it's overwhelming. Good stock of all fabrics and reasonable price, by the yard not in metric. Some fabrics you can get by 1/4yd or as many yards you want.

As this store has limited hours (not open on Saturday) and I'm not able to get there on a weekday before 5 pm, I asked if they could mail a small sample so I could see the fabric before purchasing it. (I needed it to match with lace.) I offered to cover postage. There was no willingness to offer any assistance or accommodate my situation in any way. Really poor customer service.

Came in today with a few questions and 2 noisy boys. I got some great advice and stellar help. The sales rep was super helpful and was patient when my boys were noisy and boisterous.

Amazing staff, so friendly and approachable! If you have a question they'll answer it without judgment. You ask for something and they'll take you to the spot and show you and talk to you. Great selection of fabric. Beautiful new location. And now open on Saturdays! Thank you Mooks! Keep up the great customer service! Other fabric stores are lacking that nowadays.

They have nice fabrics and good prices. Some fabrics are a little bit mixed up, but I believe it’s due to being a new place and still not fully finished. Only thing I don't like is the cut in yards, instead of meters.

A hard place to find as it is off of Sherwin road, tucked at the end of a strip mall. Pretty good selection of fabric and good prices. Staff are friendly and helpful but not very knowledgeable.
