If you feel like wasting a Saturday, get your tires changed at this location. I arrived at 11:28 and was told it would be a bit of a wait. I counted 8 cars ahead of me with 2 halfway finished in the garage. Cars were let into the garage at a rate of 1 every 38 minutes. (I was waiting so long I had time to count). 43 cars showed up and turned around while I was waiting. But I was commuted. When I got close enough to see in the garage, I was disappointed to see the crew moving extremely slow, stopping frequently to talk to each other and do just about anything but work on the vehicles. I only see two tech’s changing tires but when they finish I see 5 techs standing around. They finished two cars ahead of me and it took 13 minutes to cash them out and for me to be in the shop. I got in the shop and it was 6 minutes before someone put a lug gun to my tires. I definitely should have turned around but with a company with the name “jiffy” in it, I don’t think a jiffy ever occurred. Pretty disappointed in myself that this is how I chose to spend my day off but this location should definitely look into the turnover time it takes per vehicle. They’re loosing a tone of money in potential customers. I’d suggest management raising wages for performance based employees because this was wild.

Have been going for 10 years with 3 different vehicles, good work atmosphere employees are really nice having a good time and not miserable to be at work.

I was there tonight to get a headlight changed and everyone working was so friendly and had really positive attitudes! The job ended up not being as simple as just screwing in a new bulb and they were so good at explaining what they found and how they planned to fix it. Amazing communication.Thank you so much for everything, I will definitely be a returning customer!

I waited 2.5hours to get my oil change done. The staff on site told me that because of the time of year, it gets a little busy, but 2.5hours is a little excessive. I was way overdue on an oil change and really only had today to do it. Unfortunately, this was the only one open around me and I thought it was going to be quick based on the reviews. Additionally I got a full synthetic change and it cost $120 all in. Not the best deal.... I would go here if I had no other choice. Staff was friendly and not pushy, which was nice.

Great servicing , took them 18 minutes to change my oil. Fun , informative and trustworthy employees.

Went to use Jiffy Lube after I’ve used many others in the city and they asked me for my car keys which I’ve never had asked in the last 20 years. I’ve gotten all my oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and with all the stuff going on on vehicles right now, there’s absolutely no way I’d be giving anybody my car keys so they say because I wouldn’t give them my car keys. They won’t do my oil change, so I am now writing a terrible review for what kind of service is that you need my keys to do an oil change . I’m not giving you an electronic key so you can copy and come steal my car later after I’ve given you all my information unbelievably disgrace by the way,l, Jiffy Lube is working now and unfortunately I have to find a new shop to get all my oil changes done from now on .

What a great experience - from the friendly staff, the efficient service and the happy environment it was such a pleasure to get my oil changed there. I loved listening to the music and chatting with the staff as I waited for my oil to be changed. We all sang along and the time actually almost passed by too quickly. I highly recommend this place for their car service and a genuinely great pick me up on a cold winter day.
