Moga's Pizza

These guys are Robbers. Check your order and calculate your price from the menu. Charge you for Medium pizza and give you small and say we don’t have small pizza charges. We charge for medium for small. 40 dollars for 1 small cheese pizza and 1 medium pizza. Woow. When asked for all the charges then they said ohh sorry we can give you free drink or cash back. Bullshitt.

I ordered a small meat lovers for the first time. Pizza was delicious, a nice amount of cheese, I liked that it was a bit greasy from all the meat, so tasty. A bit thicker than I like but it was good. I highly recommend.

I would NOT recommend this pizza store to anyone. They male employer is rude and has zero customer service skills. My son and his friends walked to our local Pizza store and ordered a box of Pizza. While on their way back home, one of the boys tripped and fell with the whole box of Pizza. They picked up the and brought back to the store to ask for another pizza or a discounted box. Instead, the man charged them full price with no sympathy. My son decided to just pay for the Pizza and then called me while he wait for it to cook. I decided to call the Pizza place because I did not think that was fair, and if they wanted to charge full price, I would just take my business elsewhere. When I called, the guy I spoke to was very rude. I asked for a refund for the 2nd Pizza that was charged to my son's card, cause I did not believe he should have to spend almost $40 for one pizza seeing that the first one fell. The man at the restaurant told me he did not care what happened to the pizza, and that he would not be giving my son a refund for the pizza he was waiting. He then proceeded to tell me that maybe if I had paid cash then he wouldn't given me back my money. In all my thirty plus years of living in Malton, I have NEVER dealt with such rude and distasteful customer service. This Pizza store is literally five minutes from my house, and my kids and I use to order from Moga's regularly. Ever since this incident, I've been traveling to Gino's, Pizza Pizza and Pizza Nova in Malton instead of going right across the street. I refuse to spend money somewhere where they have difficulty respecting the customers.

When I ordered, the worker on the phone raised his voice at me and had an attitude while taking my oder. I have ordered from there for 5 years and they have changed much since. The order was time 6:33 22/5/2023

Decent prices, the green pepper was diced not long columns, most come with dipping sauce, fast custom order, got paper plates with no hassle.

Great pizza, properly cooked and better than domino's around malton.

Normally, i used to like their medium tandoori pizza. But this time when i went it wasnt quite like the last time. I could see that there are some changes in staff. Pizza had a little thicker base than usual and overall felt a little blunt. The worst part is, it was very spicy. I asked him to make it spicy but it should never have been this spicy. I had to literally remove green chillies from pizza before eating. Lol.

Pizza was very dry and burnt. When I asked the girl how long it been there in the cage. She said not so that long…very worst customer service.
