When I pulled up to the Drive Thru window today ... around 745am ... it felt like I was interrupting a party or something. The girl at the window was more concerned with loudly chatting with her co-workers then giving good customer service.I like to have fun at work too but when your focus is primarily customer service - how about you genuinely wish someone a good day and not let the window slam loudly in the customers face because you want to get back to your conversations. Oh! And the manager was part of the conversation so I knew there was no point in saying anything.Save some trouble and go the Tim Hortons across the street or Star Bucks in Longos.

I go here often and it seems very rare to get a hello and smile. They are eager to get you out so fast, after every item the ask is that all is that all, they assume what you will say next, order has been wrong on so many occasions. I was goi g here for convenience but recently switched because of how the staff have been. One girl that works drive thru is so aggressive in handing items or cash back it seem like I’m inconveniencing her when I’m there. This could be a way better place if they smiled a bit more and didn’t rush customers so much .

I had an absolute terrible experience at this location. They are very rude and non-understanding and do not treat people with disabilities as equals and do not want to accept them at all. My wife is almost death and I am an artistic person. I ordered a large chilli and wanted an extra bun. I was told it comes with a half button and I told them I wanted an orange pekoe tea black. She asked me what I wanted in it I said just black and I ordered a large chilli and wanted an extra bun. I was told it comes with a half bun so I wanted to buy an extra full bun and I told her that I wanted an orange pekoe tea black she asked me what I wanted in my tea black I said, I said nothing turned to my lovely wife and asked her what she would like to drink. She said the same so I turned to the lady and said I would like another orange pekoe black tea, she asked me “would you like both of them? I said they just gonna be both black, then my wife ordered a sandwich combo with a donut when I asked her the lady working behind the desk. Does the combo come with is very rude not wanting to answer me, very impatient really nice major attitude of discuss she immediately started talking to me Very rudely. Come to everything. OK OK I paid with a gift card Tim Hortons And when we got her order it was missing a T and half pan because my chilli came with a half gallon. I purchased another bunny. She told me laughing and giggling that too half buns equals a full bun. What!! but I ordered an extra bun, now I know it came with a half bun, she told me, basically too bad there’s a bun missing too bad you have to buy another one, so I purchased another one your team needs to be trained. This is terrible how you treat people just because we’re a little bit different, just because I act differently I understand everything literally, I process a little slower I am not a Nuro typical person. I am a typical autistic person just cause I’m helping my wife to try to understand the menu because your music is so loud and the lady is so rude to us because we are neurotypicals different. I feel sick to my stomach. It’s just gross if you were a disabled person, I would skip this location they don’t accept you as it equal human being. Robert L

Today I ordered cilantro lime veggi bowl I had that before so many times but different locations. But today I take out and ate on my workplace I ate half of it and then I found something weird like little warm I’m not able to eat or even touch that food I throw in garbage really and they told me rice is finish it gone take 3 min to make I said ok I’ll wait but when they gave me that food it’s cold and watery. I have a fever right now after that food if something happened bad I complain to next health department I don’t know what they serve to there customers they hired careless associates and surprised this location still open .

This place is horrible! I live in the area and this is my closest Tim hortons and I have really regretted coming here. Horrible customer service every time, they don’t stir their coffees, I ask for decaf and get regular coffee or ask for a coffee and get decaf or watery coffee. Half the time it seems like their almond milk and oat milk is expired or bad. The older blonde manager as well as a lady with a red Mohawk does not wear a hair net or a uniform and the employees always look in a bad mood. I won’t be coming here again and I highly don’t recommend !

WARNING! They do not pay attention to orders. I ordered 2 Egg & Cheese wraps for my kids. We do not eat meat. I was given the farmers wrap with meat in it from the drive through. My 8 year son informed me from the backseat that the wraps had meat in them. Very IRRESPONSIBLE! My order clearly said Egg and Cheese when ordered from the Tim Horton’s app. Order number 9228. This could be a life and death situation if someone was allergic.

Bad experiences at this Tim Horton’s. I got a moldy English muffin. I’ve also waited in a long line more than once only to find out they don’t have decaf. They didn’t mention this when I ordered. I’ve also been served regular coffee when I’ve ordered decaf. I do not recommend.

Order to drink with light ice, the drink I got was literally filled with ice from top to bottom, ask him to remake it and with an attitude he gave me a cup that was half full and very clearly watered down. Don't ever go here

How do you make a coffee with literal curdled milk , look at it without being disgusted and embarrassed and hand it over to a paying customer ? The employees here are the worst as well.
