I was traveling through from out of town. I didn't catch the Lady's name but she had amazing customer service skills. ! It's actually nice to hear someone smile through the drive thru speaker....

Customer service and food quality have gone way down hill over the past couple yrsIt's to the point thst the drive through is pointless. They can't even understand what your asking for. It's pathetic.

The restaurant was very clean and the stuff we're very friendly in helpful. Restrooms were also clean. The food was made fresh and it was nice and warm. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would like to get some ice cream here in the near future

Stopped for a family afternoon out. Food was good but the building looks dated and there is a lot of condensation on the windows. It was very clean however.

Called as part of the order was missing even when giving them an order written out. The burger had bacon and that was not cool. When called informed comes precooked. Will never eat at a Dairy Queen again as they can’t even take time to make sure order is correct and the manager was not helpful other make excuses for why and not take customer service as an important part of the restaurant.

I was on a road trip with my wife and children and we decided to stop here to grab some food. The food was delicious, it was affordable and the staff was kind to us, however when I went to use the restroom I found a severed head inside of the toilet.I was incredibly disturbed and I notified a staff member, they were incredibly disrespectful to me and thought I was joking, we are never coming back.

This is the second time in as many weeks that Lacombe Dairy Queen has made me a subpar cheeseburger. It was cold, hardly had any condiments, and it looked like it was dropped on the floor before being placed in the container. It was a gross mess. I will not be back. There are many other places to order from in Lacombe, not to mention Blackfalds and Red Deer. How can Dairy Queen expect repeat customers when they serve garbage like that?
