Mr Furniture & Mattress

Excellent service! My mom & I only come here to get our mattresses & Cam was extremely helpful & patient. We had a few concerns & he helped us out very nicely & professionally. Whenever we come to Mr. Furniture, we always ask for Cam because he is such a delight. Thank you so much for always helping us & providing us with the most top quality piece of furniture.

No one gets back to you. I bought bed bug covers. Put the one on and the zipper is split. Messaged twice about bringing it back no reply. I do not know if these are the same ones I bought five years ago from them. I do know is last ones never fell apart. They got back to me and let me return it no problems. I bought three double box springs and mattresses from there. I do not know how many years. Definitely will look onto living room lights. I need to replace them. I have to say that both gentlemen I dealt with were very nice and pleasant.

Nice people, give you advice and help you out with making the best choice. Delivered very fast. I recommend this store.

I would definitely recommend this store. They had a great variety of bedroom sets, dinning room tables couches and more. The salesman working there was very friendly and wasn't pushy like most. Anyone looking for great furniture at a great price I reccommended shopping there.

Horrible place! They great at taking your money instantly. But then only deliver you half of what you paid for. Only to wait one more week for the last piece.When confronted they willing to do nothing about it!(A week later) Oct 20/2020 at about 13:30.if we could give negative stars we would! But what we don't appreciate is that we so far got 3 different phone calls about taking down this review!Well, calling and littleraly trying to argue is not going to get this removed even when told that you don't want to deal with them anymore they still call and argue. I just wish I remembered his name and that I could upload the recording of that phone call. To show their customer service! What's next harrassment and threads from this place!?Did not called Once! Liars! More like 3 times harassing, arguing to take this review down. Just like your reply saying. Keep replying and this will get much worse. If i could give negative stars i would. I have already steered 2 potential buyers elsewhere and will continue to do so!

I bought a mattress from them. They said it is under a warranty and is replaceable. After 1 week I couldn’t sleep on that mattress and now I have severe back pain only because of the mattress. They won’t replace the mattress. I just wasted my money.

So initial experience was good, but that ended rather soon, we were moving so needed to pick up 2 mattresses we bought on specific date 2 or so weeks down the road, upon checking in one of the mattress wasn't in yet, however it was delivered on the deadline and was kicking outside when we arrived to pick them up. Some senior male was looking after the store and after asking about order just showed where our mattress is located in the basement storage, upon asking for help to get it to the trailer me and my wife got a lecture about how we should have paid for their delivery service and since we didn't ordered those service we can get it out ourselves. That's besides the point that they wouldn't deliver to Niagara region where we were moving to... So if you looking where to spend your hard earned money and be disrespected this might be the place as far as my experience goes

We’ve had the best sales experience with Cam at Mr Furniture. He was super helpful and made our experience so worth it here. We found the mattresses we wanted and Cam was so kind and patient with us. We’ll be back again for sure! Highly recommend Mr Furniture for all your furniture needs. :)
