Just bought a house and had what we thought was a routine circulation pump failure. Turns out the previous owner had neglected some upkeep and simply replacing the pump would have just had it burning out again.Cruz took the time to explain what was wrong, how to do routine maintenance ourselves, and even called the next day to check in. He very clearly cares about his customers, and didn't leave until he was satisfied that everything was in complete working order - overall an extremely positive experience.
