Westlock ford truly does care about their customers.After we purchased a used car from the dealership, we had a serious mechanical problem with it a week later. We did not purchase the extra warranty and we’re very worried about the cost to repair the car. After relaying our concerns to the owner Paul and the sales manager kelly we were surprised and relieved when Paul said the car would be repaired at no charge to us.Paul’s mechanics did a awesome job repairing the car. Westlock Ford was fantastic to deal with! I booked an oil change and they were able to get me in the next day. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a quick exterior wash. Everything from their shuttle service to their friendly advisors made it a great experience. Plus, I love how they do a complimentary inspection with each service. I would recommend their service team to anyone who needs to get their vehicle serviced, Ford or not!

Overall the purchase of the truck went really smooth, friendly staff. Encountered a few issues regarding financing questions, aswell as being told the windshield would be fully replaced and brand new and all they did was fill the chip and it is still noticeable. Truck tailgate had a dent in it , in person the salesman said that Westlock Ford would have it dealt with by the time of pickup , instead once the tailgate was dropped off I was told it was my responsibility to cover it on a 48,000 dollar truck. Aside from that the process was fairly easy and most questions were answered and the purchase was successful.

I purchased a truck over $100,000 and to my greatest shock the fuel truck was not filled because it is a used vehicle. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Looks like all they care about is their cash.

Chad was awesome to deal with, not one of those pushy salesmen that continue to pester you. When I came to look at a truck there was a couple things I wanted to change about it and he found me the perfect truck I was looking for. I am over the moon with my 2020 Ford F-350 platinum dually.
