Excellent! Braeden provides top notch work and customer service. We were having ongoing issues with our sump pump needing manual repair and maintenance at least twice per year. I have been with Upstream Pump Service Ltd since late 2017 when Braeden came to the rescue when the outside pump had a major breakdown, setting off the alarm, etc. He managed to figure out the problems (yes, plural!) and meticulously corrected all the complicated, convoluted issues that are too technical for me to explain! Since then he has been carrying out annual maintenance service on the outdoor and the basement sump pumps, replacing and still correcting the make up of the devices. Both him and John are very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I enjoy their visits because not only do I know that I am in good hands, but with a dash of John's humor and their combined courteous approach, the annual maintenance scheduled is never a chore:). I have an outdoor sump pit that collects the drain tile water around the perimeter of our house. We've had several basement floods in the past because both our primary and backup sump pumps have failed at the same time. I was looking at hiring someone that specializes in sump pump systems so we contracted Upstream Pump Service. They did not disappoint. It's obvious that Braeden and John are very knowledgeable around sump pump systems and installations. As I wanted something as foolproof as possible, Braeden recommended a duplex system setup that would be operated through a control panel that would make each of the two sump pumps in the sump pit alternate (he also made recommendations on what size and models of sump pumps he thought were reliable). As well, he installed a Wi-Fi and audible alert that would send us emails and text messages if there is a high water alarm in the sump pit. Braeden and John were very meticulous, professional and neat in the way they completed the install. Read another reviewer mention that Braeden is very patient. I would totally agree with this as I'm the type of person that always has lots of questions. Braeden was very patient in explaining and answering every question I asked, and never made me feel that I was bothering him, which I appreciated. The system is working like a charm and we could not be more pleased. The cost of the project was also very reasonable.I would highly recommend Upstream Pump Service and would definitely use them in the future.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I would recommend Upstream Pump Service without hesitation. We have an outdoor sump pump pumping out water almost year round. We've had a couple incidents now where the basement started to flood due to sump pump failure. I contacted Upstream Pump Service and Braeden was able to fit me into his busy schedule to get things resolved immediately. He assessed our situation and gave me different options. There was no up-selling....only laying out the best options for us to live without problems. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Braeden provides amazing customer service, charges a very fair price and ensures quality workmanship. He rebuilt our sump pumps two years ago and they have worked perfectly ever since! Although Braeden had to do more work than he expected, he stuck to his estimate. He's a contractor with integrity and attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Braeden and his team at Upstream are the only company we call to service our Strata Sump Pump. Friendly and professional they are very knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile to ensure our sump pump is well maintained yearly. Braeden has come to our complex on a Sunday morning to check things over when we had an issue. Very well priced as well. I highly recommend.

Braeden was super helpful and patient and installed alarm systems and a backup generator storm switch on my indoor and storm sumps. He gave me the most cost effective solution for my power outage concerns. He did maintenance service on my 3 pumps as well. He explained how everything worked and maintenances procedure and did a few other pesky things to help me out, that we’re not in the original scope.He and his assistant John were super efficient , friendly and helpful.No need to look elsewhere for pump install or service. Great knowledgeable service and fair pricing . He is my pump guy now.

I am so glad my neighbour found this guy for our sump pumps. He is extremely knowledgable, conscientious and pleasant. I use him for regular servicing/maintenance of the pumps and emergencies. He was able to come very quickly when my basement sewage pump failed and install a new pump at a very reasonable price.

we really want to thank Braeden for coming out last min on a Sunday to overhaul/fix my sump pump! he was very conscientious and wanted to be sure the job was done right.
