Useless system. The program is designed to keep you stuck and push you into homelessness Homeless = no job and stuck on the useless Ontario works system for life. Makes no sense. I been lucky to find work quickly, but for others it’s not that easy.

Hello, I wanted to be sure to send my thoughts on a review for Ontario Works. Unfortunately I've had to use this service which isn't always the best feeling, but its there for those that need it, such as myself. I have had such an amazing experience dealing with two Workers especially - Sarah and Martine, ( no last names I thought for privacy issues )However they have been spectacular to me. Always on my emails or calls in a timely fashion. As well quickly resolving issues which, which just is life comes up.Its always so easy to sit and do a negative review, seems being upset or angry makes people remember to do a negative review , and these workers likely take a lot of negative feedback, and I wanted to be sure to ensure, a positive review went out.Thank you for doing such a great job for me and my daughter!Have a great daySteven

I myself have the best case workerShe was very passionate about what I went through . And the customer service representative was helpful too .

Kind of have to go here because it's near by. The waits are long and sometimes if you're in luck, you'll get a sassy lady. She gives an attitude and it's hard to understand her because of her tiny voice. Also, when you ask her a question she says what do you think the answer would be" and when she actually "explains" things she gives the worst response. At the end I ask for confirmation on a few things and later on it turned out to be wrong."

It's a sad state of affairs when you try to report a Fraud taking place and you try to report it so that a real deserving family can have a shot at having a good place to live and someone else takes it away from them.Thid certain person lied to them by telling them that SHE is disabled.Well she looks fine and walks just as well as you or I do and I use a cane to walk with.and she doesn't even live in the address she told th she reside, s at she lives right across the hall from me.

nobody answers the call. frustrating

Disgusting how there ZERO support! I call about a death registration and follow the instructions ZERO way to conclude anything and a robot terminated my call. My father passes away and this is what I have to deal with. Great support City of Ottawa, disgusting!!!
