My experience was specifically with Janice and Katie, however I can’t recommend this entire company enough. They were instrumental in helping me with my slightly complicated tax file.Janice was extremely patient and diligent in guiding me through administrative matters, as well as setting aside time to have me go through pertinent details I didn’t 100% understand, with Katie. Tax Mechanic made an error on my return that I caught myself. They are poor at responding and I had to send MULTIPLE follow up emails to simply get a response throughout the entire process.Avoid the headache and look elsewhere.

Save yourself money and DONT use TAX MECHANIC. I paid for their service and was very disappointed not to mention they didn't completed my file. They have a number you call in and maybe someone will answer, if not you have to leave a message. Then they will OVER PROMISE before you pay them 50% payment and then you don't hear from them. Get ready to chase them to get it done. Save yourself from the frustration and disappointment.
