The guy took a considerable amount of hair straight across the back of my head.. which is both super noticeable and not necessary. The sample also wasn't done at the scalp so its not going to be as accurate. I would go to Absolute Testing on Portage Avenue if you need to do a hair follicle test done.** You can see how badly he butchered my hair with this picture.. **DON'T go there!!

Everything worked out as expected no delays appointment times work. Friendly staff great service. Way better than the last drug testing place I went to on Portage.

As a long term client of CBI i do not recommend this company. They constantly cancel shifts and change staff on a regular basis Most of the staff is caring and competent. If you want a regular schedule this is not the company for you.

This company is taking Wrha to the cleaners. As a third party supplier of services, they fail miserably. I am sure they are charging a lot of money from Wrha but do not have the resources to provide the services they are supposed to.They keep calling me and cancelling visits, and when they do come it’s never ever on time.I can go on and on about my experiences but it may not make any difference but I needed to vent.
