This was my initial consultation with Alison. Her approach was calming and without a feeling of being rushed. Alison is very professional in her delivery of information. She answered all my questions with great explanation. I have a bit of reading to do, daily exercises to prepare for, before I return for my 2nd visit. Only one visit in, I would already recommend Alison.

I went in for treatments on the chair as I was waking every night to go to the toilet, usually around 3.30-4am and so my sleep was interrupted and was affecting me during the day. I did 6 sessions at Corelife and it has improved things pretty dramatically - I still wake occasionally but most nights I sleep through and what a difference it has made to energy levels during the day. If any guy is having these issues at night then do give this a try, it has worked for me. The staff there are also great and make you feel at ease

Initially I was a bit anxious and nervous but everyone is so friendly. The staff go out of their way to explain any questions you may have. They make you feel very comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Corelife Wellness.
