The staff at Valley Centre dental are always so friendly. Before going there I was terrified to sit in a dentist chair, but there they always make sure you are comfortable and not in any pain or discomfort. Dr Rob and his staff have changed my outlook on visiting the dentist and I wouldn’t go anywhere else,

I have been going to this clinic for the past 18 years. My son was 1 the first time I had an appointment. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with such warm,loving,beautiful, smiling faces. The hygienists are gentle and caring to your needs. Dr. Rob is one in a million. Because of his gentleness and caring mannerisms he makes the most nervous and anxious patient to a new found calmness.I highly recommend this clinic. You won’t be disappointed.

They are the most amazing staff! I have been coming here for 24 years(: they do amazing work and make you feel so at ease. They are the most amazing with kids and all my kids are so excited every time we go for cleanings. When getting teeth worked on they make it as painless as they can and your comfort is their number one goal. Dr. Rob is the best their is. He is truly a master at his craft. He is very knowledgeable and always makes sure you understand everything about any procedure you are having done. Thank you valley centre dental clinic for going above and beyond. Both Dr Rob and Tony as well as the rest of the staff have always been very informative and help me feel comfortable with any procedures that are needed. Filling lasted a month. Put my bill into collections and had a company that was from quebec calling me. Destroyed my credit and have a wrecked tooth. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED WITH BILLING BUT MY CREDITS WRECKED. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW I OWED YOU GUYS MONEY. INSTEAD OF A FRENCH COMPANY I COULDNT UNDERSTANDAfter paying bill over a 2 months ago they still haven't taken it out of collections. After being told it would be fixed right away. What a joke. 173 dollars ruined my chance for a house and 2 months later after being payed it's still wrecking my credit!!!They wouldn't even call me to tell me I have pay collections. They gladly took my money and then assured me it would be looked after. Now I still owe collections for a paid bill

They have great staff but the prices are quite high. Thinking I’ll look at other offices for services that are a bit more affordable. I have been going here most of my life but hear that other places are much cheaper.

Valley Centre Dental Clinic has been my family dentist office for almost 20 years. We truly feel like family when we have a visit. They take such great care of us and are so gentle and caring to my children!! I highly recommend this dental office!!
