FIX AUTO STRATFORD

My insurance company had my van picked up and towed to there location to have it repaired after hitting a small deer. Initially very pleasant people. There was some breaking repairs that were not apart of the claim that needed to be done to the van so we took it from fix it auto right to our usual shop. 8.5 weeks later the van is back in our possession. But there is some accident my damage done to the windshield fluid line. Fix it auto is the only shop that’s been under the hood. It worked perfectly fine before they had it. And the hood had been opens many times. They are refusing to take responsibility for it. Even having the women laugh at me when I called to inform them. Claiming they can’t fix it because the deer didn’t cause it. Definitely not happy. Won’t be using them for services in the future and won’t recommend. Accidents happen. I get it. Take responsibility. Pathetic.

Recently received my car back after hitting a deer. I was beyond amazed with their service. I don't know if all body shops do this but they completely detailed my car inside and out, upon receiving it. So great! Also, they matched some of the aftermarket parts that I purchased on my vehicle so I didn't have to repurchase them! Highly recommend

Quality of work was mediocre on the detailing end. Left polish compound residue all over my rubber seals and hard plastic, which is incredibly hard to get off after it has been sitting. All because a detailer was to lazy to tape things off. (Basic detailing 101) The overall cost was ridiculously over priced. A professional shop where it's the only thing they do charges about considerably less and does a better job. The cost to paint the entire vehicle is thousands less than what they charged, and considering everything done, it would have made more sense. The rest of the work performed was well done, and all of the people are quite nice etc, but one of them who I delt with is quite rude, had an attitude, and treated me like I know nothing. Except they fail to realize what my careers may have been, and my over 30 years experience and knowledge of the automotive world and as a technician. Never assume a customer doesn't understand a business, and how things work. It's the quickest way to frustrate or anger them. Then don't call them and give them attitude, be all condescending and act like you tried to help or make things right, just because you don't like a 100% honest & accurate review. I was polite and courteous to everyone there, including that person. However, you were not. You never once implied you would do anything to make things right" either

I was in a pretty good accident and my 2022 Frontier looked banged up. Fix Auto kept me up to date on my repairs, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My truck looks amazing and you can't even tell it had been in an accident. I highly recommend if you need any body repairs done, take it here. Thanks Fix Auto for the great work.

Work was done Sept. 2021. Was an insurance claim and I paid extra to have the rust above the front wheels repaired. Long speech about how they pride their work it cost me a thousand bucks to get the work done... within four months the pitting and rust started.. when I looked at the invoice it said NO WARRANTY on the fender work. Am I upset? Darn right I am. Horrible work and to preach to me about they don't do anything they are proud of, then do this to my car. I should have saved to thousand bucks and gone somewhere that knows how to do body work

This is my 2nd time dealing with Fix Auto. They delivered the car a week earlier than expected. When an issue arose they dealt with it promptly and effectively. No nickel and dime charges, great communication and customer service. Highly recommend! Thank you Fix Auto!

I had my car detailed at Fix Auto Stratford and they did a fantastic job. The person who booked my appointment was friendly and helpful as it was my first time booking. The drop off and pick up was easy and again, the staff were really lovely to deal with. The car detailing itself was fantastic, my car looks brand new and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!

The people here went above and beyond!! If you're ever in the unfortunate position to need a car repair from an accident, I would highly recommend this place.
