Friendly knowledgeable staff :) nice selection. Happy with my purchase and glad I came in. The ladies were polite and knew which products went with what, stuff I wouldn't have known without being told. Will probably visit again if I should need anything else :)

Rude, awkward staff. The woman there makes shopping uncomfortable and has been abrasive every time we've gone in. She wouldn't let us shop because my adult wife forgot her ID despite the fact we've bought from her at this location multiple times before, which I can understand but she was abrasive about it as usual. Really killed our vibe, won't be shopping here again despite how close we live. Go to the Tickle Trunk instead.

I have been at this location a few times. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely knowledgeable about products. Anything I have purchased has been very good. I have been to a couple of your other locations but this one is by far has best for customer service.

We found what we were looking for but the woman in the store made us very uncomfortable and also made an off-putting comment towards myself. Will continue going to the West Edmonton Mall location and won't be returning to this location again.
