Appointment set for after 3, Peter got to our place at 7:40, was still cherfull at the end of his long day.He saw the issue with the burner on our propane stove, had it apart, fixed and put back together in under 45 minutes.We'll be calling Peter next time we needan appliance repaired.

Peter was knowledgeable and nice. They came out last minute on a service call to fix our oven and we certainly appreciated the quick response. The issue and fix was well explained and Peter had the necessary part in his truck to get it all done.

Called for dish washer repair. Was told I would receive a call when the technician was in the area. Have never received a call, or even an appointment. Disappointing business, and unprofessional. The only reason I contacted was referral through the manufacturer. What a joke.

Called twice on two seperate occasions. Never received a call back or a visit. Avoid if you need your appliances serviced or repaired. Can't give less than 1 star, or I would.

Have used freeziecat a few times now for various needs at my restaurant. Usually is here the same day or early the next day. Always figures out the issue and is always reasonably priced.

Very poor customer service I have been waiting 3+ weeks going on 4 to have my washer and fridge repaired. They called me last week (yhe only nice day in between storms) and someone was coming today I waited ALL day, no show, no call. Called them 3 times the following week and they were to be here today but no call again and no show again.. I'll call someone else thanks so much for supporting this small local business...
