Great Canadian Oil Change - Chilliwack Alexander Ave.

The guys here were so awesome, Ryan worked on my car and was extremely considerate! Even though I clearly wasn't very knowledgeable about the vehicle's mechanics, he pointed out some issues and made recommendations without any pressure and was willing to give details and explain the relevant functions. He also checked the fluids and lights and adjusted tire pressure for no extra charge! Overall really great experience and I will definitely be returning in the future!

First, off, these quick lube stations, if you get them to do anything other than oil, they mess it up. It seems every time I use one of these places Im stuck with stripped bolts and screws, but this last time I used them, it was oil related. Broken oil pressure gauge switch. Yeah I hung around in the vehicle, yeah i heard you slip off a bolt and hit the oil pressure sending switch. What amazes me is there isn't a policy where they report such damage and offer to pay for the part to fix it. The kid just tried his best to re-attach and connect with tape.We restart the motor and i have no oil pressure all of the sudden. You can imagine how stressed this made me. I thought they had forgot to refill with oil and we were now running the engine dry.You tell me, was the rating justified.

Longer than average wait (only one bay open the day i was there) and the usual high pressure upsale on service items you don't always need.

We came here for an oil change and were serviced by Ryan. He was great!! Did not try to up sell us anything, just did what we asked. Was very friendly and we were in and out very quick. Best drive through oil change I have ever had!!

Nice people don't get me wrong. This place is more of a salesman shop than mechanic shop. I had my car serviced from a new employee and he recommended to buy a bunch of things I didn't know I needed". A 100$ oil change turned into a $400 oil change and the oil was far from clear afterwards. Said it was perfectly fine though...He dodged all my questions after that. Funniest thing was that he couldn't get my air filter out so he just gave up and said he couldn't do it but "It would be really hard." Hahaha guy has to grow a pair

Always a positive experience getting my oil changed on both of my cars. Being female has in the past been a major challenge with vehicle service and how I have be treated, unnecessary up sells, and assuming I don’t know anything/am not interested in learning. However I truly appreciate that I am treated with respect, kindness and everything is explained to me thoroughly. The staff genuinely care and I’m very grateful! Thank you!

from the time they began to complete an oil change it took an hour , when asked what the problem was the mgr claimed it was because there were stripped screws holding up a skid plate and he needed a hoist rather than a pit to complete the job . this so called manager needs customer relation training , his attitude and demeanor have no place where customers are involved . take your business to a business where it is appreciated.The so called manager should remember that no customers means no job .

Popped in for an oil change in Chilliwack and discovered Barry is now managing this Great Canadian Oil Change location! He's always provided top-shelf service and care for his customers, so now that I know he's here, I'll be coming here often. Helps that he takes care of his Mom's Matrix and so he shares great tips with me about upkeep of my Matrix. Thanks Barry! Will recommend friends to swing by your shop!

These guys are really great to deal with. They are knowledgeable and professional. I spoke with a guy named Baron and he was super helpful. It makes the whole process a lot more pleasant when you get excellent customer service.Used their services again and still very happy with them.

Cory the assistant manager deserves a promotion. Very kind, very helpful, he actually stayed past closing time waiting for us to come and top off our transmission fluids which were extremely low. Unfortunately another location wasn't helpful at all and wasn't willing to help us. Thanks again Cory for you exceptional service. Would recommend this location to anyone in the area.
