Warning: got a cold cheese burger yesterday. I don't understand why they don't just take an extra 30 seconds to heat the burger. I'd rather have a hot meal than quick service and a cold meal.

Did drive through - Advertise confetti cookie dough Mcflurry, last two times they didn't have it, if it is discontinued then get the signs down, the big ones on the lamp standards. For some reason this is tagging to a Coquitlam address, but it is the McDonald's in Osoyoos that I am commenting on.

The staff at this location are great. The service is fast, friendly and accurate for the most part. I was given a wrong coffee once and a few days later when I mentioned it to a manager they offered to give me a coffee to make right the wrong order previously. I know their job is not as easy as some people think it is as I was an assistant manager for McDonald's before. Keep up the good work guys you a credit to the fast food industry.

The only negative point that is not related to this McDonald's is the location. I had a hard time to getting in this plaza and getting out. You must take a big detour to reach there.

Ordered this egg blt bagel and burritos this morning and discovered that they have burnt my bagel completely. They made me wait for it too and I asked for 5 ketchup packs and they didnt give me any ketchup and got me 10 salsa packs instead. I definitely couldn't eat this bagel and they didn't even include my receipt in thd bag. Such terrible service. Thanks for ruining my breakfast on my only break of the day.

Took them about 26 minutes to make food. Its great because i had to go use restroom and food was still warm. I am loving it!

What a disappointment! I wish McDonalds had the standards it did when I was young. This one in particular is a joke. I’ve been nothing but disappointed every time I go and I try not to go, but I keep going because I’m always hoping the last time I went was a one-off…nope! If it’s not burnt English Muffins for the Egg McMuffins, it’s Breakfast Burritos that are half full, or it’s Big Macs that you have re-assemble when you open the box cause they’ve been thrown together like they were feeding their dog. Totally unimpressed. Come-on McDonalds, raise the standard!!

I got a big Mac here. The patties were surprisingly thin. And the sauce was like double the usual. Long story short I got food poisoning, which ruined my birthday the next day. Wouldn't go again. Seemsthey need training on how to cook burgers.
