The best in Regina. They ordered in multiple rings from their custom website for us to see in person, as well as the specific diamonds I wanted to see. They were very fast, 1 week turnaround from ordering to having in store. No pressure to purchase, wonderful customer service. Will be purchasing all our jewelry from here!

Had a custom wedding band made here. They sat us down for an appointment, and made a virtual preview of the ring. We also had the option to have a silicone mold of the ring made to ensure it was what we wanted. The staff spend a great deal of time listening to what kind of ring I wanted and ensuring it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and attentive!

Royalty goldsmiths as always been able to meet my repair/custom jewellery needs. From simple fixes like new watch batteries to repairing rings and chains they have always offered great service. There employees are responsive and they ensure that the job is done correctly.When I needed a custom piece of jewellery they were my first choice. Was looking for a setting for my engagement ring. We had the centre diamond already, a beautiful brown diamond. I happened upon Royalty Goldsmiths custom section online and found a setting I loved. We went into the store and spoke with Jon who helped us through the whole process of ordering my setting and having my centre stone set once my custom setting arrived. The whole experience was wonderful and I adore my engagement ring. It's absolutely stunning! I highly recommend this jewelry store.
