We went for our first time today.It would be a wonderful place if it was clean. We were the first people in today, dirt, rocks and other random stuff all over the trampolines. The play space could use some cleaning, and the bathrooms were a mess water all over the place.

Very strong scent/perfume smell in this place they started using recently makes u dizzy especially worrying if ur kids have azma or scent allergies i talked to them and they said they installed them knew to cover kitchen smell!! Now if u feel dizzy in this place know why ! i wont be back if the smell is still around

Was my first time here, brought my kids to attend a birthday party.First impression:1. Very unorganized2. Cleanliness not up to the mark for a place with kids3. Not adequately staffed to handle kids and rushI'll edit my review of my impression of this place changes after more visits.

The people who run this place keep it nice and clean. Which is impressive considering how dang busy it gets on weekends. It's a great set up and they made some upgrades since last time I was here. Nice to see they are evolving. Great for my 3 year old and will be back.Toy machine at my toonie for the record. Only negative. Oh and it is hot AF in here.

We had a birthday party here and it was good. The reviews had me worried but I found the place to be in good condition and clean. Bathrooms were very clean. The staff was professional and there were no delays. Some people complained about the cleaner/disinfectant smell bit I did not find it overwhelming. It just smells clean. The kids had a lot of fun. We like the very large trampoline area.

This was our first visit to U-Play (dayhome), as we are on the southeast side.It wasn’t very busy on our visit, which was great, the kids had lots of room to play freely and it wasn’t as loud as some places can get.The whole place is spotless, and smells so clean. The kids had a blast on the trampolines.The admission price is very reasonable, considering there is no time limit.Maybe you could offer some baked snacks for adults (muffins, pastries etc), that’s my only suggestion.

I brought 6 kids, ages 4 to 12. Best suited for ages 10 and under, they were the kids that had the most fun.Unfortunately the foam pit has been replaced by an arcade, but the U Play website has not been updated to reflect this. So the kids were pretty disappointed after we paid and went in to find out the foam pit was gone.It’s nice there is no time limit, you can play as long as you want.

I'll start off saying, my kid loved it. This 1 star review is a Caution for other parents. When I was there last they were kicking Parents off the trampolines, which contradicts their Posted Rules, Terms of Service, their website, and even answers given by Owners on Google. When asked why the answer was simply 'Parents aren't allowed'. So I'm just going to just leave this 1 Star review here until they update their rules and website to accurately reflect their policy towards Adult use of the Trampolines.
