Calgary Allergy Management Centre

I had a great experience today with my 8 month old daughter. I was a bit worried after reading these reviews but they were able to get her in quickly so I decided to go anyway. The team was professional, kind and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the experience.

The receptionist who answered my call today probably had a bad busy day, but I didnt expect to receive such a bad attitude when I double check if she sent my report to family doctor through the right channel. As I had test in Sep but my family doc didnt receive it yet. nobody doing thing wrong bur please performance professional at work.

I had the first appointment in the morning so I could get to work on time. The appointment was still 20 min late as the doctor had not even arrived at the clinic at the scheduled time. During the appointment I found him very patronizing and condescending. I found the receptionists were also rude to myself and others in the waiting room. The entire experience was unpleasant and I wouldn't go back.

Really appreciated how bright and clean the clinic was. It was also wheelchair accessible with an accessible parking stall located in the parking lot behind the clinic and a ramp. I also really appreciated the consideration and care of the Dr. as he called to follow up on my test results and make sure that things were improving with my condition - along with forwarding the results to my family physician. I have a rare condition alongside my asthma and allergies and he was very patient and willing to consider and learn about my disease and consider what treatments would work best with it in mind.

I was impressed with how fast after the referral I had an appointment for my 2.5 year old son.They were very kind and knowledgeable. I had a question after his appointment, and I was called back and everything that i was concerned about was explained in great detail. Also they were very good with my son, as he was scared.

The clinic staff were very friendly and kind. The nurse worked with me to ensure we did all of the testing I felt was necessary. The video meeting with Dr Serushago was honest and informative. I left feeling relieved and hopeful. I look forward to working with him to manage my allergies!

I've only ever had a positive experience at this clinic and honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I've always been seen in a timely manner and the staff has been very friendly and personable.

I was hesitant to come to this clinic, given the bad reviews. However I’ve been pleased. The doctor and staff are friendly. They are accommodating and can get in for my appointments when needed without too much notice. I’m happy with this choice.

You should have to take first right turn from main intersection of hwy1 & home road. Then again take 1st right turn. There is a back alley. Go ahead to back alley there is a parking for calagary allergy management centre. Hope it will helps you guts.. good luck

Sadly, Receptionist attitude was super inpatient and disrespectful.Patients always have right to ask friendly for requests and they have concerns.when patients and clients ask for answer receptionists should answer properly and with respect, they are supposed to be trained to do so right?People in the customer service area should be trained to be respectful with patients, specially within the health area, if they don’t like or they are triggered by dealing with clients (specially if clients are trying to be nice to them) they should be placed at different areas of the company.I’m impressed that I’m seeing to many bad reviews about receptionist attitude :(
