Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Super disappointing. I usually buy here twice a week and its the younger staff which make great burritos ! Tonight it was 2 older women.I was helped by an older Indian woman with glasses and it was very disappointing.I've been going to mucho burrito for years and tonight this woman takes the award for the giving the least amount of toppings ever !!It start with a 1/2 scoop rice ..typical is 1-1.5 scoops .. next was just a dash of veggies At this point I was starting to think of just leaving . Next waa 1/2 scoop of beans ..typical is 1 full scoop..next was a small amount of meat...spread very thin ... this continued. Everything was 1/2 what you normally get .This will the last time I go here .. if you go in and see an older woman with glasses walk out as it won't be good.It appears they are cutting back ..they didn't even have me napkins which is a first .Again if you see 2 older women behind the counter do not go in , find another location trust meMy burrito was 1/2 the normal size and weight and the food looked like it had been sitting for some timeGo to Bar Burrito instead just across the street ...their burritos are amazing !! So much more flavour

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Great burritos with great service. Love the new renovations. The staff is friendly and courteous. It’s clean and well lit. The washrooms are clean. That’s the dry facts as they are but the food is tasty and served hot. You can get a predesigned burrito or quesadillas or put together one of your own making. It’s all good.

Every time I come to this location, I’m so disappointed. This will most likely be my last time visiting this store.The service is not prompt at all… Everything is very slow, from the initial greeting, to the questions about customization, to the payment.I always take my food to go, and this time (like many others), my quesadilla was missing salsa. I know it’s not a huge deal in the grand scheme of life, but when I’m eating a tortilla with cheese and chicken, it would be nice to have some flavour — since it’s supposed to come with it… Like, I’m paying for it.The employee that helped me even asked me to leave a Google review. I typically don’t like leaving negative reviews, but after forgetting an item and being very slow, I felt like I had to give my honest opinion.I will not be returning to this location, and if you, as a consumer, decide to — just make sure that everything is in the bag before you leave (and you have about 10-20 minutes to wait for them to make your order).

Where's the toppings, sauce, and guac? I got a regular pulled pork burrito, but it was literally all rice. The first few bites were promising, but then it was just rice and NO burrito sauce or sour cream, NO guac ( which I paid extra for) ...not even any veggies... it was soooo dry. The worker must not have put enough sauce or guacamole on it.I don't know...but this is not a burrito....just rice and beans. My partner's mucho size burrito had the same problem so it wasnt just mine. I'm very disappointed as it was a pickup order and I'm not driving all the way back to show them, and they close in 15 mins. Also had to wait a while as 2 ladies were ahead of us making an order, but I just wanted to pickup my order...there should be a pickup lane just to grab food already prepared and paid for....instead we waited a good 10 minutes.... won't be coming back to this location.

New renovation looks great, nice and open. Always good food and friendly manager and staff. Tried the charbroiled pineapple chicken bowl today and last time did the Shrimp lime burrito. So worth trying new things!

Ordered a Mucho Burrito with plant based crumble, female worker skimmed out on the toppings and didn’t toast the burrito long enough (did it for only 5 seconds). Seemed she wanted me out of the store ASAP and was rushing me through the selection of toppings although the store was empty when I entered.The size of Burrito I got was more equivalent to the regular size not mucho size. When I order Mucho size elsewhere, they use two tortillas and I can barely wrap my hand around. Quite disappointed with service and being cheated out of my money with size disparity of what I purchased.

Ordered a salad and was very pleased with the quantities of everything. Even though I came after 8 p.m., the meat was fresh (pork and beef most popular, the server said, and are made several times a day).Service was excellent and very friendly. She apologized for the wait even though there was virtually no wait at all.It tastes very fresh and delicious. Definitely will be back.

I guess cinco demayo is a bad day to go here after waiting in line for 45min and seeing all the online orders get priority over people who actually come in person. Then the lady who was putting the toppings on left and finally can back. Just as expected my burrito was cold by the time I was able to eat.Update the owner reached out gave me a free burrito and it was much better experience

Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill
Ever since the east Indians started taking over all the locations they started making the smallest burritos ever.... this location used to be good no matter what but sadly new east Indians work here and if your any other race other then east Indian you will get a smaller burrito then you paid for.. I however walked out and refused to pay for something thats not worth it. I hope the general public catch on and stop ordering here and put them out of the bad business they conduct.
