Fiscal Agents - Savings & Investments

I had a Manulife life insurance policy with my ex husband. After our divorce we decided to cancel the plan because it no longer worked for us. Martin Kosterman refused to cancel the plan and told us it was illegal to do so but could do it if we purchased another plan through him. (I cancelled it easily with Manulife directly - it was not illegal.) When speaking with him on the phone, out of nowhere he went on an unhinged rant about abortions and how everyone wants to help the elderly but nobody gives a **** about the unborn." It was completely unwelcome and unprofessional. I made a complaint to Fiscal Agents and CEO David Newman told me Martin does not work for them and only uses their office. I found out after that Martin has worked for Fiscal Agents for decades and only recently changed his business to an LLC for tax purposes. He works out of their office
