You won't get anymore knowledgeable than Hilda! The business is over 67 years and she knows the industry inside and out!!I wish freeloaders would value her experience and time and not use her as a backdoor to being cheap!  Parts are expensive EVERYWHERE!  We should all support LOCAL companies and NOT Amazon or China!!You just don't get good customer service anymore, so I am happy to order through Oshawa Appliance Parts.

Glad I tried them. The part I was looking for was OEM replacement 25% cheaper than the aftermarket product on-line. Staff was excellent with me, even after I gave my model number incorrectly from memory…staff was not rude at all (as another review stated).Staff gave me advice on how to remove a broken part of my latch….I will try here for parts first before I go online. Thanks OAS!!!!

Great help here. Lots of parking. I was looking for a small part for an old freezer, and they were able to help me out quick and easy. If you're a DIYer, bring the model number of the appliance with you, not just a pic of the appliance. I did that and had to make a second trip (oops).

I have used them a few times over the last 10 years and have always found them fast, friendly and efficient - with good advice as well (even if the store is very messy haha)

This stores customer service is abismal. I called about a part. And when i asked for the info on the part so i can gather more information before buying it they blatantly refused. The folks at Reliable Parts were very helpful though so ill be shopping there

Fabulous knowledgeable service from the lady running the shop. The store itself is a little shocking when you first walk in and see the mountains of appliance parts but I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else if I need a part again.

Exceptional parts and service with a smile, and sometimes a good laugh. Always willing to offer advice for a novice DIY’er like me that gets my repairs done quick and easy. Thank you for the years of being there for me!!

HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give 1 start I would. I was scammed. I was assured that resetting the motherboard on my fridge would resolve all my problems. I specifically asked would there be any parts required. I was told no. This would fix my problem. The repair person insisted on payment up front. After 2 minutes my fridge started beeping and the repair person told me I required a new ice maker and water valve that was going to cost me an addition $450 on top of the $320 I already paid for resetting the mother board. The repair person spent more time in my bathroom then he did with my fridge. I'm now out $320 and am no better off than when I started. Stay clear of these scammers. Find anyone else!!!

Hilda is absolutely GURU!! When the dryer of my stacked washer/dryer died down I was looking at $$$ expense. I am glad that I worked with her. She helped me diagnose it step wise step and provided accurate diagnosis. If you are good with the multimeter then you will have very good chances of solving your appliance problems with her help. I would happily give 10 STAR. she knows her stuff. Only thing I will ask is to open the shop little longer.

The owner saved me 100s of dollars if not thousands of dollars. Thought my washer timer on my old kenmore top loader washing machine was dying as it suddenly wouldn’t complete a cycle and wouldn’t drain or spin. The machine would stop dead mid cycle on all wash settings. I spent the night taking the washer timer off and phoned in the morning to ask if they had the part. The owner informed me that it was likely the lid switch that died on me and not the washer timer. I went with her suggestion of replacing the lid switch and it turns out that is exactly what was wrong with it. Only cost me $50 to fix. If the washer timer should go I will know who to go to as she has a person that rebuilds the timer. I will keep running this reliable machine and replacing parts as needed until I can no longer get the parts. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and nice. I will be going here for parts in the future. Highly recommended
