One of the better subways forsure. For a small location it gets super busy fast. Been going here weekly for almost 2 yearsThe only downside side is perhaps the number of stuff and room they have to work never seems like enough.Super clean looking, even thee bathrooms which, during peak summer season with how busy they get, surprises me.

Shruti Raval at Subway Merritt was amazing! We were trying to arrange subway meals for 74 kids and 8 adults travelling from Kelowna to Victoria. She made it so easy for us to just pick them up and continue on our way. When we drove through, everything was packed efficiently and ready to go so we could hand them out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this for any big number group that needs lunch in a hurry. ❤️ from Colquitz Middle School in Victoria.

This is the BEST Subway in BC. They make the sandwiches correctly like back in the day. They don’t slop it together like most others. They give you plenty of toppings as well as the place is very clean and tidy. We stop here most every time on our way through for our Subway fix. It’s very hard now to eat at other Subways as they just are not as good.

Maybe I was there in a bad day, but it was Summer 2022. It was the worst food joint of any kind, and the most disgustingly soggy smelly piece of meat I’ve ever had. I threw the entire thing away. Service took 20 minutes to serve 5 people. Everyone else was confused why they were that slow. This experience was a bad, it was the last time I ever went to subway. Now just looking at a subway joint makes me vomit.Maybe they changed and are better now, but that truly a bad experience

Worse subway ever, they don't properly clean their knives and utilities, I found hair and dirt inside my food. And also the review set is bias most of these reviews are the bosses friends.

Two words: Rotisserie. Chicken. Game changer. Where else can you get cheap and fast AND healthy? I was stoked about the grain bowls when they first came out, but the new rotisserie chicken in a salad is so delicious. Now it's cheap, fast, AND healthy, AND delicious. My go-to road trip stop just got an upgrade.
