Dean provided superior service. Communication was on point. He anticipated my questions and sent me a text even before I messaged him. His experience and knowledge made me comfortable leaving my car. He arranged for a rental to be picked up and dropped off right at the dealership. Hopefully I don't have to use Dean's service again but if my car gets dinged I will only trust it in his care.

Took our 2013 Fiat 500c to Assured Automotive in September 2022 after it was rear-ended. Grand Touring was a preferred partner of TD insurance (my auto insurance provided) and the reviews seemed ok. The adjuster was great - very nice and helpful to get a quote - but then the wheels fell off. I got notice that the repair was approved - but after waiting 14 days I finally had to go to the shop to get booked in for the repair (5 calls all went to vmail that was full). Two weeks later I went to drop off my car and was told I had to take it to another location on King St. E. The delay was apparently a result of parts but there was no communication. After dropping off my car I was told it was being shipped to Mississauga to be repaired and would be approximately 5 days. 7 days later I called asking where my car was at and was told it would take another 15 days. I finally got my car back after 23 days only to find out that the warning light for the rear parking sensors was still on. After pointing this out I was told that they had determined that the car had been in a previous accident (that I knew of and was on the CARFAX) and that they had unilaterally determined that it was not working as a result of that accident. However, I had purchased the car after the accident (that was reported and professionally repaired) and had it certified by Canadian Tire. The rear sensors worked and the warning light was not on. So, the repair shop has decided I am attempting insurance fraud and TD Insurance is asking me to get a third party to verify that the sensor is not working due to the accident (after it has mostly been repaired). Needless to say - no matter what the quality of the work the communication and service from this repair shop could not be worse. At least 4 or 5 events should have resulted in them reaching out to update me on or discuss the status of the repair - but there was nothing. If you want to take your chances and get your repair done by a company that does not communicate at all - then go ahead. I would never go back to this service provider nor would I every recommend them. I have had much better luck with other local providers who I would have no problem recommending.

Dean handled our repair and we could not be happier with both him from a customer service standpoint, and the quality/efficiency of the work done on our car. Dean was prompt, communicative, friendly and made us feel assured the entire way that things would be done to a high standard. Our car looks new again and we couldn't ask for much more. Hopefully we don't end up in this situation again, but if we did, I would hope to work with Dean and Assured again. Thanks for taking care of us!

Following a car accident I was directed here by my insurance company other than having a heck of a time getting here due to poor GPS instructions, I could not have had better service. Dean Jacobson is one of the most, professional, knowledgeable, empathetic , friendly, and respectful people I have ever met. This was my first (and hopefully last) car accident and I was very upset and basically clueless as to the whole situation, Dean put me at ease right from the get go, and I think it was his ability to have stayed so calm and collected while wearing a smart suit when it was stifling hot in the garage area when he did the inspection of the damage. Dean answered every query I had and kept me updated at every opportunity . He organized the car rental making sure I had a comparable vehicle to my own despite the shortages due to the Pandemic. I would say Dean went over and above to make this unfortunate situation as painless as possible and I feel fortunate to have had him in my corner . Thank you Dean for taking such good care of me and my Jeep , great job well done. And thanks to Assured BodyShop for doing such a wonderful repair to my car.

First time going here with a minor collision. Dealt with Dean and the whole process from start to finish was completely seamless. Very professional team, valued my time as a client (not a lot of waiting around), he kept me in the loop every couple of days about the status of my repair. The whole process was painless. It was my first time ever getting into an accident. As many would agree, having an accident and dealing with police and insurance, by default, is not the most exciting thing. For me this frustrating process stretched for 3 months until I got to repairs.When it came time for repairs at Assured things became better! Much better! From the moment I walked in to picking up the car, I had a very pleasant experience.For which, I want to say a huge “Thank you” to Dean! He, was very professional and friendly. He explained every detail prior and after the repairs. He understands your frustration and makes you feel well taken care of. Overall, exceptional customer service!Regarding the repairs, it was done professionally and pretty fast. In the end, the car is looking better than new. You can’t see there was any damage.
