Continental Currency Exchange

Great place normally but today once of the clerks at around 6 pm on July 28th 22 just sat on her phone casually, while there was a line up smiling and looking up once in a while, and continued for well over 15-20mins.

I have been using this location for several years and I am thrilled they have reopened. By far the best service in the Hamilton area. The ladies working here are eager to help, kind and always professional. A special thanks to the branch manager for getting my order ready promptly on such short notice. Welcome back!

Though I didn't buy money this time, I wanted to give a shout out to Ashley for being so sweet!! I stood further back since my little guy was a bit fussy, but she waved at us to come up and answered my questions. It's been a while since I went away to england so any advice helps. She gave my son stickers and folded him a paper crane. You made his day, so thank you for that.

So disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I received at this location. Went in to pick up my ‘special order’ that was placed more than 3 days prior to pick up. When I went in the women had a smirk on her face and told me that the money wasn’t in because it was ‘sold out’. I did not receive even a call to tell me that this was the case. As I’m leaving for my trip within 1 business day the women had no suggestion on what to do. I asked her if she can call all the local locations to see if they had enough money and it was if I bothered her. Thanks to my special order that I place 3 days in advance I now have to visit 3 different locations to pick up enough funds. I would recommend visiting the Jackson Sq location as they are more than willing to go the extra mile for their clients. I knew I should have gone there in the first place. Avoid this location !

Amazing customer service experience. The currency exchange rate is confusing to me, but not when you have someone as informative as Ashley! She was easy to talk too, super friendly, I felt very comfortable. She was professional and knew what she was talking about! I would highly recommend Continental currency exchange to anyone! Staff is polite, prompt, they keep you informed of when the order is ready to be collected and give different options by which you can pay for the order. Very happy with the service.

The girls on Saturday were nice. Infront of me was this piece of work yelling at them for not recognizing him as a high roller".. Don't care how rich you are

One staff member I dealt with this evening was rude and needs to learn her job! I paid with a debit card which she claimed was a MasterCard but did not ask me before I paid what the card was then “refunded” me but forgot to tell me it would take 2-3 business days to reflect in my BANK ACCOUNT , then tells me well you should have told me it was a mc! First of all it’s a bank card not a mc and second of all it’s your job to ask customers how they are Paying and if you can’t accept cc then it’s a pretty important question since your machines do in fact accept cc if you claim my card was a mc! The iggnorance of this staff member and her blatant disregard for her own actions and failure to do HER job is ridiculous! Needless to say it’s lucky I’m not hurting for Christmas money as I would be out 700 dollars through Christmas! I will be calling to speak with a manager regarding this lazy employee
