She's absolutely fabulous and even in a pinch, she delivers!It's very rare today to come across the incredible customer service she provides!Our office never goes without when ordering with her and it is greatly appreciated. My friend had a few printers that were not working and she was told about Beatties, so I went with her to have them looked at.We got there at 4:45 and the staff that look after that area are fi ishex at 5 pm, but one of the gentleman stayed until 5:30 helping her sort out which one was worth fixing and he was so kind and helpful.She was able to take one home which will only scan, one was garbage and yhey are fixing the other one.Thank you Beatties for going the extra mile in looking ater this issue with such patience and caring.We will be back!

Surprised to see how many great reviews there were. Went to go look for a new office chair & filing cabinet for my home and although the store was clean, tidy & easy to maneuver it was not a great experience…. Walked in, 3 employees stared at me & continued their personal conversations. Wandered around the store, tried out several chairs, looked for a filing cabinet that was not industrial, wandered around some more & left while 4 employees stared at me without saying a word…..ever. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.They did seem to have lots of options & some very high end options…guess that makes up for the total lack of customer service.

Beatties had excellent customer service and a fast turn-around. Jesse was very professional and took the time to explain the pros and cons of various print styles and prep my document in a whole new format. Will definitely recommend Beatties in the future

What the heck is going on? I've been coming to the copy centre at Beatties sporadically for a few years now. I won't be returning. The new staff there need to learn a thing or two about customer service. I used to come there for quick printing and good service. Now I get ignored. I think there needs to be a change...

They always have an exceptional selection in stock and online. They also deliver extremely quick to your office. The prices are very good.This store has extremely helpful staff. I was in store less then 5 minutes and a very pleasant woman Leslie was assisting me without me having to search for help.She looked for my desired items in store and then found a perfect solution online that I ordered.My whole experience was pleasant but yet I accomplished everything in less then 15 minutes.A wonderful experience and mission accomplished in short order.If you have CAA be sure to use your card for a discount also. Wonderful.Thank you Leslie and Beattie's.

After many hours on the phone with Apple and some progress with our very slow Mac we took it in to Tony via Apple. It works! No longer does it take seven minutes to fire up…..and the cost was reasonable. Thanks Tony.
