This is a great operation. you need to be aware of some of the amenities before you get a quote for space here. The amenities make up a large portion of the value. For example, I only needed a small amount of space, 400 feet square, and the price quoted seemed high. But, there are washrooms provided, not included in the square footage that I rented, lunch area, reception, several loading docks and all the square footage needed for loading etc, carts and pallet jacks, parking, waste bins, and all the utilities, so it’s a great value if you consider everything as a whole.And the staff and other tenants have all been great to deal with as well!I highly recommend this place.
