Slow service. The manager gets flustered when the phone rings or there's a line. He takes like 5 minutes to check out each customer. Skate sharpening is disorganized. One of my pairs was done but the other not despite them having sequential tickets. Most of the flier items were no where to be found. On the bright side people were knowledgeable

Needed 3 pair of footwear. The store was packed. I went to that department, a gentleman was finishing up with a customer and got my 3 requests lickety split. He then brought the items to the cash for me so I didn't have to carry them while I was waiting in the line to pay. In and out with excellent customer service. Thanks for being a cut above!

Went in looking for baseball cleats, staff was helpful, but eventually just walked away after grabbing 2 pairs to try. Ultimately did not buy anything as they didn't have anything in my size and no one was around to help me find a pair that they did have in my size.

We stopped by this store in a panic for skate blades. The staff was so helpful! They knew we were rushed and didn't know Barrie well that they called around for us to find out who had these blades because they were sold out. I was so impressed by the courteous staff that cared to help is be in time to make our tournament game. Thank you!!

Pretty small location.. Staff took forever to help me and my fiancée to try on roller blades. We sat down at the bench looking at displays while I had noticed an employee looking at me for at least 5 minutes before I had to actually signal her to come over. The Toronto and Scarborough locations are much better.

Inexperienced staff. Could not size my son's feet properly Md had zero knowledge of the product they were selling. Price was miss labeled on the skate as well.

As a former president of a sports league in the Barrie area I've had my choice of sports stores to choose from as they are all vying for the exposure as our league membership is over 400 local people from Barrie.I have cultivated a very nice working partnership with National Sports Barrie, specifically with Kathrynn who runs the store and the feedback from the league membership was extremely positive.Further feedback regarding Kathrynn from a personal, partnership and from our membership is that she has created a very exceptional customer experience in her store. Amazing staff. My experience is amazing for the short time I was in town. Every skate sharpening was spot on. Staff very insightful for a guy who hadn't played hockey in 16 years. When I moved 16 hrs south to that other country, I had a hat I bought that turned out to be defective. The corporate office sent the replacement, arriving on my door step in 2 days. Amazing company!

Staff are friendly. Tons of equipment and fan gear. Is always easy to find stuff and if you need any help the staff will happily assist. Lots of free parking and easy to get to. I buy lacrosse balls here in bulk to give to my patients as home therapy tools. Best spot in town to get them!

I came looking for a women's ski jacket and they had almost none so I was disappointed. The staff were not friendly or helpful. Great sales though, my mom and I both found a few really nice items for a good price.
