Our refrigerator stopped cooling, as expected on a weekend! After using LG site to locate authorized repair companies in my area we contacted Arttech. Alex is a true professional, talked on Monday, he booked us Tuesday, and completer repairs (compressor) today (Wednesday). He was prompt, efficient and very personable. Happy to recommend him, and will definitely use his services again if needed.

Alex spent nearly two weeks lining up times to fix my dishwasher and then not showing up with no explanation. After he failed to appear 3 times, I hired a different company who fixed the problem promptly, and for cheaper. Not sure about the actual repairs that Alex does, but I was very disappointed with the communication.

I called about my leaking dishwasher, sent him some photos as requested, he ordered the part, installed it when it arrived, everything went well. A little expensive but great service!

Our fridge stopped cooling, so we contacted LG out of warranty and bought a flat-rate mobile service call. LG set us up with Arttech Appliance for 30th May 23. Alex called us and the next day came to our house and installed a new compressor. Now the fridge works like new, and we're totally happy with the excellent service. Kudos to Alex ... he's a real professional.

Alex is first rate. He promptly responded to my KitchenAid refrigerator service inquiry, and then ordered and installed the relevant part within two days. He’s super knowledgeable, very personable and a real pro. I’ll be very happy to call on him/Arttech Appliance Clinic again for any future service needs.

The worst of the worst of the worst!!!Doesn’t show up for appointments. Doesn’t reply to phone calls or texts. Even appointments directly made through LG he doesn’t confirm or show up. He is the ONLY guy certified in the Victoria area to replace compressors on certain LG fridges. Because he refuses to DO HIS JOB, I have to toss a perfectly fixable 5 year old fridge into the landfill. Stay away from LG fridges over 5 years old, because if the compressor goes, you will have to toss it. No other technician can touch it!Do not count on this guy, he will ghost you! ZERO STARS
