The Reptile Shop Red Deer

Favorite place to get my reptile supplies. The shop owner has lots of knowledge and is always willing to help out. Would recommend checking out before supporting a chain store.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful! Love this store! They also have a great selection of food and feeders. My go-to place!Still my go-to place after months and months (Google asked for an update).I just need to convince my hubby I need to add to my meager collection!

Cool little shop. I searched everywhere for a larger shell for my hermit crab and they were the only place that had one big enough. Friendly staff.

Wicked little gem. Stoked to have walked in there today and the girlfriend also loves it.. will be back for more business soon and regularly !

very food selection. we purchased our first snake from here and cody was a great help. he answered all our questions. and helped load a tank as well great service.

Bought 3 lizards from Cody now. He's a stand up guy and very friendly. Prices are competitive or even a little better than other shops in Edmonton. Knows his stuff also!

The Reptile shop is definitely one of my favourite stores in all of Red Deer. The staff are passionate about what they do and they have top notch knowledge on all things in the reptile world. Thank you!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We were looking to buy a corn snake for my son after months and months of saving and researching we were finally ready to buy and we could not find one anywhere (maybe timing, I'm not sure) we went to the Reptile Shop to see what they had and discuss starter snakes and they were amazing. They answered all of my 8 year olds and my questions, showed him a few different starter snakes and explained each one and we decided to get a ball python. They didn't just sell us the snake but have been amazing answering all of my questions for these past few months after my purchase. Everything from feeding questions to when she had a bad shed I sent a message about it and he even let us bring the snake there and he removed the eye caps for us. Free of charge. They never have made me feel stupid (which was probably justified-haha) and are always incredibly patient and knowledgeable. AMAZING service! Not just sales but after care!

Amazing shop, super friendly owners who are very informative. I've bought several reptiles from them and never had an issue.
