Garden City Community Park and Arboretum
Went here for the first time over the weekend. Brought my 2.5 year old and he had a blast! There were sand pits for them to dig and water elements and streams where they can walk along or put leaves on to see them go down the path, as well as, water play with dams so they can close and open the water flows. The playground and other items were for bigger kids but he had enough activities to burn off some energy.

Garden City Community Park and Arboretum
It was a nice place to take the kids yesterday, got different play things. They have a water feature, that shows them how a dam works and how rivers or smaller channels join into bigger ones/ seas.. And how water wheels work. They have 2 small trampolines there and couple of slides. There's free parking for 2 hours, so that's good. There's a trail for adults to go for a walk. There's a nice park also with picnic tables and they were all full with families enjoying the sunny day with their BBQ. Nice place to bring the kids.

Garden City Park also has:Basketball and tennis courts,2 parking lots, one on Granville to the south, the other Alberta St to the north,Very nice unleased dog park,Trails around a large pond,Motor cross for bikes.Man-made stream for kids in the warmer months,Can often see groups singing, dancing and doing Tai Chi in the mornings,And lots of people walking with and without dogs.

Garden City Community Park and Arboretum
This park has a very fun playground for kids including 2 slides, and 2 trampolines. The arboretum is also very educational. Overall, I think this is an excellent park!

Such a nice park to walk around. Peaceful pond with fountain, and lots of ducks. Bunnies and greenery..lovely. Playground is awesome.

Great place to enjoy the Sunny weather..Just walk around and appreciate nature, the birds and rabbits too.

Garden City Community Park and Arboretum
Beautiful park with lots of natural structures for the children. There is even water play available during summer time. The climbing area has soft padded support in case of fall. Parking is plenty. Definitely a place for the children.

It's right behind our community so we go there on all sunny days. I have a 5 year old so a park in vicinity is a blessing. The play area is quite big, she can spend one hour easily there. Lots of rabbits and ducks make for a pleasant surroundings
