My niece had a $200. Ring from there when the main stone fell out after a couple of wearings. Asked what they could and they said they needed to send it out. Now she is told it will cost $450.to replace the stone! This would be after an insecure setting in the beginning. This ploy has been used by this store numerous times to bring in more dollars. This is fraud.
