if it was possible to give zero stars i would, what John at the counter is saying and what the guys in the back do are two different things. Took my new vehicle in for minor work and I was left with $3500 bill at a different shop to fix their issues.

Unfortunately I misjudged how close I was to a pillar and scraped the passenger side of my dependable 2008 Toyota Corolla CE.I took it to an ICBC repair shop and then an Adjuster called to say that the car was a right off". I recently used Garden City for a door work. John was a pleasure to work with. He was easy to communicate with to get the quote and scheduling. Everything went as committed and was delivered ahead of schedule. The quality of work was excellent. Was paying out of pocket and the pricing was the best I could get in the area.

I recently had my first accident where someone rear ended me and I was unsure on the steps to take outside of what my insurance advised me or where to start. John was so helpful upon the first call advising me on steps to send the estimate, what typically happens and called me back within a couple of hours to advise of estimated turnaround dates which happened very quickly. He connected directly with my insurance company even with it being in a different province which was helpful to streamline the process when additional damage was discovered for approvals. He was so friendly during the entire pocess and constantly communicated all updates with me. The bonus of this location is that there is on site parking unlike other collision centers!Thank you to the team at Garden City Collision for the fast turn around and great service!
