Excellent, personal service from Mike. Responded rather quickly to our initial inquiry and took us through the catalogue for the company's many options. He was able to guide us perfectly to the blinds that suited our application and after his measurements, the manufacturing was a very short time period of only 6-weeks. Randy the installer was fairly awesome too. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable to explain the details of the working operations. Easily the most painless process I've ever been through with any company. Mike came out and went through the product selection with us, he was very thorough and extremely professional. The shades came in exactly when we were told they would, the installer promptly called us and were in and out in 10 minutes. Thr shades look great! Highly recommend!!

Solid business all around. Quick to respond, priced reasonably, and stands behind their product. We had them do a whole house and the blinds have performed well for us. We did have fabric on one blind disintegrate and come apart. It seems it was due to being exposed to so much sun. Michael replaced the fabric for us without issue and suggested a different type of fabric that is meant to be more resilient to sun exposure. We are happy and would absolutely recommend.

My Mom recommended them when I started looking for window coverings for my new windows. My husband sent me to a competitor he had previously purchased from. After absolutely horrible customer service from the competitors I called Michael as soon as I reached my car in the parking lot. Michael set up an appointment first thing Monday. I was so surprised it was so easy! In 15 minutes I had the blinds picked out and an installation appointment set. Another 15 minutes to install and a how to lesson and I have the most beautiful blinds covering the new windows. Great customer service, knowledgeable about the product and the industry, efficient and the warranty is the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this local business.

We hired made to shade to install blackout blinds in our nursery. We had some issues with the install and Mike and the team were easy to deal with and handled the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. You can rest assured that in hiring made the shade even if issues do arise they handle it in a professional manner. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and even more satisfied with the service we received! Despite the issues, I am still giving them a five star review because I was so thoroughly impressed with the way they handled themselves and would highly recommend this company for blinds. If I need more blinds in the future I will definitely be hiring them again! Thanks!
