The lady working was rude to me and very unhelpful. Didn’t even attempt to help with my inquiry. Very unpleasant, put a damper on my day… no reason for her to have that kind of attitude.

Usually pretty good but if you are going here as an alternative because you are struggling with the website for vaccine passport, don't bother because they will have the same issues. Try calling the passport people instead

Don't expect it to be open during the hours listed here or on the door, as they appear to be whatever the employee feels like instead of set hours.

Terrible service I've been to this location several times and it appears that the employee there finds ways not to serve you. I've attend other services Ontario locations after not being helped in Watford with the exact same documentation and had no trouble being helped. This has happened to me at least half a dozen times. If I could I would have given it zero stars but sadly you need to give at least 1 in order to post a review.
