Amazing company! Dan is so amazing, I’ve been using him for every bug/pest problem for the last 10 years. the first company I called was rude and seemed like he was in a rush to get out of there sd fast as he could AND it didn’t get rid of the problem (ants at the time) I tried Dan and he was so educated on the problem, type of ant and exactly how to treat it. The first company was apparently treating for the wrong type of ant… Dan did his job, was on time and even called 3 weeks later to ask how the treatment was going and if we were having any issues. The treatment even came with a 3 year warranty so if they were to ever come back he would come back and treat again at no charge. (They never came back) I use Dan every time I have a pest/ bug problem. Wont ever use anyone else. He’s never disappointed me.

I used Dan’s services before the summer when I had a wasp infestation. He was prompt and knowledgeable. Did a great job. So that led me to call him again this fall when we had an uninvited guest (aka rodent) in our rental suite. He came promptly, again was knowledgeable. Did what he needed to do and said he would be back in a week to check up. Dan didn’t show. Didn’t call. When we called him he said he would come the next day. Didn’t show again. Three days later I had to call him back and demand he return to check up. He returned, reset and left. Told us where he thought they were getting in and that we needed to fill the spots and that if we found any more droppings, to call him back. Next day, we caught the culprit. I phoned and he said he would return in a couple of days to dispose and collect all the traps etc. Another week later and he still hasn’t shown or called. I call him again and he says “if he gets another job in my area, then he will come back and clean up but it would be faster if I did it myself”So, for over $300 he came and set some traps and we did everything else ourselves. I lost 2 weeks of rental income because of his tardiness. When I asked what his fee was supposed to cover, he replied “I came and set the traps, told you where they were getting in and you caught him, so you got what you paid for”Next time I’ll save the $300+ and do it myself.

We used Dan to exterminate termites and carpenter ants , Dan was very knowledgeable and explained what had to done and why. He was very efficient and thorough . We were very pleased with the work that was done.
