I would encourage anyone looking to purchase or lease a printer to look elsewhere. After signing our 5 year contract, the owner" advised us that we were no longer his problem and it's a Xerox's issue. He was disrespectful

There is no after service after you spend 4000.00 on a machine all they want to do is charge you for there after service . very poor business ethics.

Our experience is exactly the same as the comment below. We have a lease on a machine at our small, independently owned business site. When our copier, scanner, printer is down, we are down. We entered into a lease on a professional machine so as to be treated professionally when we have a problem. Paul, Copymate owner, is rude, ignorant and unprofessional at all levels. Our machine has been giving us issue for over a week now, and has been down, going on it's third day. His reply, after hanging up the phone on us multiple times yesterday is - you have to take it up with Xerox. This is not my issue nor my problem
