Had Scott and his guys rip out old duct work…….install new duct work, furnace, air con and run 3 gas lines. All done in a timely, neat and proffessional manner. My house is hot and cold at the correct time of year………very happy and highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Scott when he installed a new furnace. I had a horrible experience when he had two of his workers swap two old electric water heaters for two new ones. The new tanks were in the basement ready for installation. The labour was nine hours and they installed extra shut off valves on the hot outlet which was an unnecessary cost to me. They didn't even have to take the old tanks away so I really thought nine hours was excessive. I sent payment for six hours(still excessive in my opinion) plus parts cost. Scott called me and was very upset to not receive full payment. He was quite loud and I figured you can't reason with unreasonable so I ended the call. Two weeks later, after he cashed my cheque, I received an email. He was planning to charge me 10% every 15 days(240% per year) interest plus his new invoice was taxing me again on the three hours I held back(double taxing).I paid it just to be done with this guy.

Good honest service, great communication, they went above and beyond to get my AC running again asap. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks Cool Houles!
