Absolutely atrocious customer service. Person answering the phones was the most dismissive, rude employee I've ever spoken to. Totally turned me off of ordering from this place. Really hope they record their calls so they can train this individual. I would be miserable as an office admin too but don't take it out on first time customers looking to buy. She acted like my business was not important in the least.

Terrible customer service. Went in and was ignored, fine. Found what the client wanted and went to order. No one wanted to help me and when someone finally came up she told me that it wasn't available and only on display. Why do you have product you cannot buy? I asked again if it could be ordered as it was a request from a client and then she asked how much I would need. Told her about 8000 sqft and was told no and to go somewhere else.Won't be recommending or returning.

We purchased engineered oak flooring from Source Flooring and had Willy and his team install it. We absolutely LOVE it. Willy did an amazing job (cut great angles) and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Source and Willy for our beautiful floor.

They have big selection, but terrible customer service policy. You can’t take samples home, and on their display is little different. You bought box, because I wanted to se how will look in my home, and sure , planks were more dark then in store display. When I wanted to return box, they said no returns. I wish they told me that before I bought it. I will never go there again, and will advise people not to go there either.

Great place to shop, had the largest selection of area carpets we have yet to find. The young man (Dave) who looked after us was very pleasant and helpful. will definitely recommend Source Flooring to friends and family.

We really connected with our sales rep, David. Even though he mentioned being new to the company, he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.Our experience continued to be top notch when we met the warehouse team to load the truck and exchanged a couple jokes.You can tell the team members all get along very well and it seems like they all truly enjoy their work.

This is an awesome flooring store for the DIYer. A ton of selection. Great prices. Awesome staff. Your tile guy may send you here also. And as you wonder around the store I'm sure you will be thinking in a few years you could change many rooms in your house. It's easier then you think.

Good amount of instock inventory. some well advertised deals to pull you in but The NO Sample Policy Is Deal Breaker for me. You will have to buy a full non Returnable Box of Flooring (Typically around $100+\- per Box) Just to get a look at it in your house before you make the final decision to purchase. This is the first flooring store I’ve encountered that doesn’t even offer paid samples.

We just bought a new backsplash tile for our kitchen from Source Flooring and had a wonderful experience. The staff members are knowledgeable and very approachable - thank you Janet for all your wonderful help!! The store also has a LOT of options on flooring, floor and wall tiles, and additional accessories. Everything is priced very competitively - it was a no brainer to shop here after reviewing 4-5 other options in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. Will be coming here again in the future!

Very poor customer service.... No sense of keeping everyone safe ... There were almost 40 people on the store when we entered... So we left very quickly..... It's disappointing to see some retailers don't care.... We visited several stores today and all the other places had visitor numbers specified on the entrance and they kept to that limit ....
