Mike Hanes is one of the best guys I have ever met. I went to his pro shop to get shoes, a ball, and a bag. He was exceptionally helpful and extremely personable. He truly takes an interest in his work and it shows in his upbeat and positive attitude. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The products were all name brands and prices were some of the cheapest in the area and I would have been willing to pay much more just for the personal touch and tremendous knowledge that he adds. I will definitely go here for any and all bowling needs.

I had a great experience yesterday! Walked in to have a couple of my finger tips changed and my experience was not only hassle free, but enjoyable. Mike and his employee are both very personable and helpful. Mike takes his time and listens to your problem while figuring out a solution for you without any hard selling. I would recommend Mike Hanes Pro Shop to my friends and family.

Great place! Extremely friendly and helpful with reasonable prices. Left the store with a new ball and bag, both which I couldn’t be happier about! I love them!! I even learned a thing or two while there about different types of balls which was extremely helpful.

I live in tonawanda, there are probably 5 or 6 pro shops within 5 miles of me. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I had to drive 50 miles. Mike is a true professional, he's been doing this his whole life and he can help you find the perfect ball, bag, shoes or accessories to improve your game. And he's an all around good guy and he will make your experience one that you wont soon forget

I am new to bowling. About 2 months in. Mike took care if me. I bought 2 balls, shies, and a bag at his shop and I couldn't be happier! He fit my hand perfectly for my ball, and 2 months in, and ive already bowled over 200 , 5 times, 231 high game! Going back for a 3rd ball asap!

Let me start off by saying that I'm a horrible bowler. That being said, Mike doesn't make fun of me any more than he makes fun of the really good bowlers that come in there. Point being - he's a nice, local guy that will treat you fairly. So if you buy your bowling stuff on Amazon before seeing Mike, you're probably a jerk.

This place is old school. The guy that runs it (Mike) has been there since 1977. His great attitude and quick wit are refreshing and he knows what he is talking about when it comes to bowling. My game has definitely improved as a result of Mike's expertise. This is where I'll be going for all of my bowling accessories.

I am solely a fun bowler. I came to Mike with no knowledge of balls and equipment, he took the time to size up a ball for me, we had some laughs, told him what I wanted and he came through. Would highly recommend him for any of your bowling needs
