The queue is extremely well managed in times of covid. One of the SAQs closing the latest with few people, even on a Friday evening. The team are very helpful and know their stuff really well. Not the biggest one out there, so the stock may be a little bit limiting, but is definitely one of my favorites.

Unfriendly staff, didn’t have the impression that they want to help with choosing wines.It sounds like if you don’t plan to buy a $50+ bottle of wine they look at you in a lowly way…never had such an experience before. Arrogance…

Nice place but I went a week ago and showed my ID on my phone a worker said it was fine , but I went today and an employee didn’t want to serve me even though I had it on picture and had an other proof !!

Happened to be there ! They guy’s name (who works there Robert) , had a customer not from here ,was talking to him in English asking him questions , Robert (SAQ worker )was talking back in French starting cursing at him in French. Man that wasn’t necessary , he wasn’t from here . When these dummies get over this .He was a tourist !!

The staff speaks English and French they were very accommodating I asked for a certain type of bottle of wine they found it for me very very friendly a great experience I would definitely go back to that location.

Worst SAQ customer service experience. Went few times already in the past, and service is ALWAYS horrendous... I always feel agressed verbally, as Covid really seems to have stress them out more than then other commerces in the same street. Would not recommend this place !Advice: talking politely to your customer is a must. If you can't do this, change job !
