Wave Home Inspection

James was great! Was incredibly responsive and quick in scheduling the inspection on my potential purchase and getting the report done. He was thorough, friendly, accommodating, and clearly explained issues that arose in way I could understand and could later explain to the seller/seller's agent. Really appreciated his communication through the entire process and the fact he followed up a day later to ensure I was content and to answer any outstanding/additional questions.

Scheduled a home inspection with James a couple days ago of my house James is thorough with his work making notes on everything no matter is small or safety hazard. As a new house buyer I don't know much about these things and he is very knowledgable and professional to explain what's the issue and the reason of the problems. The report was sent in with details just a couple of hours after the inspection which was awesome.He also followed up with me after the inspection if there are any questions and concerns because most of the time we don't remember everything at the moment ... it takes time, he answered promptly as well.Highly recommend James to get your unit inspected to make sure what you are buying and what you can expect from the house (Hidden problems and hazards that you are not aware of)Thanks once again James !
