Never in my life as a celiac have I come across a flakier croissant. This bakery is such a treasure, I make sure to visit every time I am in Montréal!

I've continue to order regularly and have not complained eventhough portions have been reduced by at least 30% in the past year, and quality too. I think the cooked or the owner have changed because it seems a lot has changed. For example the muffin aux amandes became small, oily, and less tasty. The reason I'm writing this time is because on top of all that these were clearly overcooked and even burned so it was easy to see but they were shipped to me anyway. I placed my order the day before to make sure there was enough time so there was no excuse to send overcooked muffins (plus small and not tasty). The cook saw they were failed and the packing person too so I do not consider it a mistake, it was in fact a business choice; saving a few cents.

Amazing! I bought quite a few baked goods, and was blown away by just how delicious they were! Even my boyfriend who is not gluten free gave them a 10/10 rating! Will definitely come back when I am in Montreal again!

The best croissants we have ever had! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We have been to GF bakeries all over Europe and this place is better than any we have visited.

The croissant was amazing! I haven't had one since I went gluten free and it was so good. Bagels decent. The person also gave me a taste of a chocolate coffee cake and it was very good!

The best gluten free bakery. The food was delicious but the lovely assistant Ahmed I think really helped me.

A wonderfully baked batch of pastries overall. The lack of gluten is unnoticeable and there is no attempt to mask any taste with excessive sugar. Very moist and fluffy - a good option for anyone trying to avoid gluten.

Gluten Free Heaven! As someone with celiac, this bakery was top of my list. Sadly, we went very late in the day so I do recommend ordering in advance or going early as the deliciousness sells out. The Palmiers were light and flakey and the Madeleine's were delicious with tea. I was most impressed with the pre-cooked chocolatines that I took away frozen and baked at home, to my utter delight! They were flaky goodness and not that sad, dusty taste many gluten free products have. I'm currently looking at shipping options to my city, it was that good.
