If I could give zero stars I would have. This company came to our home for an inspection Tuesday June 16th. As the sellers of this home, I anticipated and expected my home to be left in the same shape in which I left it in the morning. Unfortunately, I came home and the door to access the knee wall in my bungalow bedroom was damaged and appeared to have pulled off with no regard to my home. On top of the damage that was left by the inspector the access to the main line water shut off was left open, the breaker box was left open, all the blinds were left open and everything came out of my oven and was left out.I attempted to contact the company on 2 separate accounts to inform them of the damage that now needs to be repaired. The first attempt I received a voicemail, and I left a message requesting a return call. The second attempt I received as sales rep that informed me she would give the message to their manager, I have yet to receive a return call. This company does not seem to mind that home owners property is damaged and all I wanted to do was inform them of the issues. I would not recommend this company, no matter how much of a deal they give you.

Don't use this guy if you actually need a real inspection he will miss so many important things but catch every small irrelevant detail. He told me a dishwasher didn't work and I got it to start right up. He missed any pipe leak that was downstairs missed the fact that I had no insulation in my attic he never even looked just wrote that there was no access even though the access is in the closet and very easy to get to. This old man with dementia came and took my money to come look at the house with either no ability or no care about the service he supposed to provide. I am beyond disappointed with myself for using him. I hope he loses his business for the sake of anyone buying a home

The original home inspector that came was very friendly. Unfortunately, the water test was submitted through Complete Home Inspector LLC on our behalf was incomplete and they did not test for the basic minerals in the water (arsenic, iron, etc.). When my wife and I recieved the water test results back, we immediately asked to see the mineral test. We were informed that they didnt test for these minerals. We immediately asked if they could complete this test before our inspection period closed (additional cost - $60). Unfortunately, we did not get the test results back in time and found out that the house has high arsenic levels. We are now going to be held accountable for a $800 to $1,500 water filtration system after closing.

Complete Home Inspections, Rick Robinson advertising is better than his performance. He failed to inspect and report the Air handling equipment is totally rusted and two HAC firms would not consider servicing the equipment because of the advanced rust, Cost to replace $8,954. (two units)The sump pump in the crawl was duct taped so several weeks later water was gushing out. Cost $575. He failed to see that the 2 x 10 at the door wall were water damaged. Repairs including water proofing $2,261. We now have discovered four 2 x10 joists under the bath rooms are splitting and will need structural support. Est. cost over $4,000. There is much, much more but space is limited. Good luck!! This matter has been resolved satisfactorily.

I used Rick Robinson when I bought my house 2 months ago. He was very efficient and friendly. We are first time home buyers, he took the time to help explain everything he was doing and the situation everything was in instead of just walking around and then handing us papers. He offers a binder that he documents everything in for you which was very helpful so that we did not have to try to remember everything. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend him and will be using his service in the future! Thank you Rick!!!

Complete home inspection Rick came out to my son's house I noticed drywall damage below a window in a bedroom and I said it's not a big deal I'll take care of it I told my son to tell Rick when he got there and show him Rick said it's nothing it's fine I opened it up the wall to find the entire east wall of the house is separated from the footing I guess you would call it. completely rotted out you can push the exterior wall back and forth a half an inch estimated fix not sure yet I'm sure it won't be cheap thumbs very down

We had Chandler Inspect a home we are trying to purchase. He was incredibly personable and explained every single thing he was doing. This was our first Inspection but Chandler made it very easy and informed us on anything that was even on the edge of being questionable. I would 100% have complete home inspection service come out again and would definatley request Chandler if possible.

I hired Complete Home Inspection to inspect a home as potential buyer on 6/29/2020. Our inspector was Rick and his son(?).Our experience was mixed, to say the least.Rick found several issues which we were able to negotiate with the seller for money off closing costs. He walked us through the issues identified, and provided a binder explaining everything they found. This was the good.Here's the bad: Now that we are in the home, we're seeing that he also missed MANY issues with the windows.a) One window that would pop out when you tried to slide it open (caught by Rick!)b) That same window completely missing any latching hardware (missed by Rick)c) One window whose latching hardware was sitting on top and not attached to the window at all (missed by Rick)d) One window whose latching hardware was misaligned, so that it wouldn't actually lock but just create some additional friction (missed by Rick)e) TWO upstairs windows that are actually vertical sliding windows installed horizontally. Some brief googling shows this to be an incredibly bad idea, and we now have water going behind the walls every time it rains (missed by Rick)I personally saw him open/close the window (d). I specifically pointed out standing water in the track on one of the windows (e), and he tossed a rag in the track (blaming the water in the track on recent rain and dismissing the concern I raised about drainage). I contacted Rick by phone on 7/27/2020 after finding b+c+d. His comment: You know

We used them for a pre-purchase home inspection. Chandler was our inspector. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He did a thorough inspection, reviewed everything with us and answered all my questions. I then received my detailed report that included the inspection information with pictures. Additionally, it had informative maintenance tips and a list of contractors and their services. They then emailed the report. I was very happy with the whole process.
