Phenomenal service! Mikhail was very quick to communicate with me and set up an appointment. He was able to come within the next day to fix my washer, and he was great about answering any questions. He was very upfront about the costs of the repair, and I feel that the cost was very fair and reasonable for the service. I’d recommend him to anyone, and I’d absolutely use his services again. Mike came in the time frame he gave me. He looked at my snow blower, opened up one panel and and found out I needed a new drive belt. He said I could order one and explained how I should install it. He was here for no more than 15min and it cost me $130.

My old lawn mower would stall while operating, called Mikhail and he was quick to repair the issue. Did an oil change, replaced the carburetor, changed the spark plug and blade sharpening. Had a small issue with it after the repair and Mikhail came back promptly to address it. Great work and amazing service, will use again for future needs.

Michael was amazing to deal with. I had a sudden issue (broken pull cord) with a portable generator, and called him in the morning. He was there that evening, fixed it in my driveway. He asked great diagnostic questions during the initial call, and as a result was able to come with everything he needed to fix the problem in a single visit. Once the cord was fixed, he recognized the fact that the carburetor hadn't been cleaned or maintained in a while (okay... ever)... and took care of that on the spot.His mobile service saved me loading a generator, driving it to a shop, dropping it off, and then reversing the process to pick it up some time later. Wow! So worth it. Highly recommend, and I'll be calling him annually for preventative maintenance right in my own garage.

This was my second time using a mobile repair service for my mower. The first guy I used got my mower running but when I went to use it two weeks later it wouldn't start, so I had to try someone else. Mikhail was able to figure out what the first guy missed and addressed it. He showed up same day about 4 hours after I called him which was also very convenient for me. Definitely recommend Mikhail over the other guys doing the same thing.
