please fix the hours, this is not open 24 hours. open sign is left on every night along with the store lights being on whilst being locked and empty.

It’s to be 24 hours and I swear he is always closing the store for like 30 mins or longer. I understand people need to lock the door to go to the bathroom but come on. I have been walking up just as he is locking it. So I can say it’s a long wait. The note he puts in the door says he will be back in 10. As well as the guy that works over nights is so rude to some of the homeless people but then have seen him not say something so some that are taking things or holding up the line. As far as I’m concerned everyone should be treated equal. I’ve seen him be so rude to a person that yes was clearly homeless and trying to pay. They need a new over night guyAs well when checking out the prices are sometimes not correct tried to charge me full pop for items that were on sale. When I said something told me that the computer was updating and wanted me to pay the price that was on the screen. Cooperate should go in and give valuation. Store need new owners and management. Do better or be better

This is by far the best Circle K in Ottawa. The staff here handle the rough crowd so professionally and keep the store well stocked and clean. They are kind and helpful.The location seems to be getting the hot foods back after them being unavailable due to the pandemic, they also reopened their polar pop and froster machines.Sometimes their drinks (polar pop and hot beverages) come out with no drink mix resulting in plain hot water instead of a hot chocolate, or plain carbonated water instead of your sofa choice. That still doesn’t deter me from giving them 5 stars.Circle K in general is fantastic, on their website you can get coupons for free or discounted products through playing their mini games. The staff is so kind to put up with me redeeming them ALL the time. Everyone working here deserves a raise.Plus they play cool Bollywood music sometimes and honestly? Slay.

Good store with good variety. Just be careful at night

I cashed in some winning tickets and won 15.00$ and bought a loaf of bread and refused to give receipt and thank goodness i did the math on my phone they almost got away with scamming me for $5:50 then i asked for a receipt and they refused everyone when u cone to this location on rideau try and get ur receipt or at least have ur phone calculator ready this is not te first time they tried this at this location it’s happened 4 times so beware they are scamming people im calling OLG lottery and head office

Open sign on. Lights on. Locked door at 7:30 pm? Great business model, gave up after 30 minutes

Cashier refused to let us in the store. He kept the door locked, came out to shoo us through the window. We banged on the windows to get his attention and he just came out of the back to record us standing outside. We along with several other patrons walked away with nothing. Can’t give less than one star here.

This circle k is not a good spot to go at night! It’s not 24h and the homeless are always crowding the front door. The store isn’t the cleanest either but location wise it’s the closest gas station from my home. I recommend going during sunlight hours to be able to enter.

I was getting items from there and a construction worker was complaining to the cashier that their drill was stolen while working there and while they were 'watching' the store. The owners don't care, the employees don't care and the homeless take advantage every second they can. Get security guards or close the store already.

Amazing staff, but the area needs to improve security, many homeless are around.
